Someone is never arrested or held for a civil suit, which is what a lawsuit is. and give the guy a break about the justice system thing, he obviously doesn’t know, but i respect him for trying to use it as a backstory. So him suing or not suing you would not affect you being arrested. I think your writing style sucks.
